			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.futureperth.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/WV9R5379ae.jpg" /><img src="http://www.futureperth.org/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/WV9R5379ae_thumb.jpg" width="144" height="216" style="width:144px;height:216px;float:right" /></a><a href="http://www.form.net.au/" title="FORM: Building a state of creativity" target="_blank">FORM</a> is working in partnership with the <a href="http://www.mra.wa.gov.au/" target="_blank">Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority</a> to develop a fully integrated <strong>Digital Media Hub</strong> as part of Midland Atelier, WA’s first design and creative industries centre. Sitting alongside existing and planned design studios, the Hub will provide access to specialised equipment, co-working spaces, learning environments, programming, specialised support services and events. Its creation is a response to research indicating that <strong>WA loses more talent across all creative professions than it attracts.</strong></p>
<p>The State Government has contributed significant physical infrastructure to the project but further investment is required. Federal funding is currently being sought but this requires <strong>community support (that means you)</strong> to show that the Hub is necessary and wanted.</p>
<p>FuturePerth accordingly invites its supporters to read the story behind the hub&#8217;s development and assist with form’s plight for funding by providing a <strong>statement of support:</strong></p>
